1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern use of tadadrop.com and purchases from TadaDrop. By using the site, you confirm that you can form a binding agreement and that information you provide is accurate. Products intended for children must be selected and purchased by an adult.
2. Curated surprise products
A TadaDrop is curated around the recipient, selected direction and submitted preferences. Exact products, brands, models, colors and combinations are intentionally not disclosed and may vary between boxes and editions. Images and 'may include' examples illustrate a category, not a promise of a specific item.
3. Product count, condition and safety
Most Drops are designed around 3–5 new, unused items, but count may vary with item size and value. Customers must follow all manufacturer instructions, age grades, warnings and care information. Adult supervision may be required for products included in Kids Drops.
4. Pricing and first-order offer
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The $168 offer applies to one eligible first box per new customer, household and shipping address. Additional boxes and later purchases are $188 each unless another promotion is displayed. Taxes and any non-standard delivery charges are shown before order confirmation.
5. Orders and payment
Adding a product to a bag does not reserve inventory. An order becomes accepted only after payment authorization and an order confirmation from TadaDrop. We may decline or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, unsupported addresses, policy violations or legal restrictions. Any canceled paid order will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Personalization
Preferences are guidance rather than a guarantee. Customers are responsible for submitting accurate age, recipient and preference information. We may avoid a requested feature when it conflicts with safety, availability or the selected theme.
7. Lucky Drop
Lucky Drop is an intention-inspired, personalized gift experience. It is not fortune-telling, an astrological or psychic reading, or medical, financial, legal, relationship or career advice. Symbols, colors and zodiac preferences guide creative curation only. TadaDrop does not promise that a box or any item will change luck, cause an event or produce a particular outcome.
8. Shipping, cancellations and claims
Processing, shipping, cancellation and issue-resolution rules are described in the Shipping & Returns policy and are incorporated into these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law and carrier arrangements.
9. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security; scrape or copy substantial content; use false identities or payment information; or purchase products for unlawful resale or prohibited purposes.
10. Intellectual property
TadaDrop names, logos, packaging, photographs, copy and site design are owned by or licensed to TadaDrop and may not be reproduced or used to imply endorsement without permission. Third-party product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. TadaDrop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Any limitation does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Terms applying to an accepted order remain those presented when the order was placed unless a change is required by law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
