Lucky Drop is TadaDrop’s personalized intention edition. You choose an intention and share optional details such as the recipient, color direction, style and zodiac sign. We use those signals to curate tangible, gift-worthy pieces while keeping the exact mix a surprise.

Your chosen intention guides the symbols, colors, textures and practical pieces we curate. Each item is selected to help reinforce confidence, welcome good fortune and keep what matters close as you move forward.

No—and that is part of the experience. You choose the direction and share preferences. We use those signals to curate the box without revealing every item.

Most Drops are designed around 3–5 new, substantial products. The exact count can vary depending on the size and value of the selected items.

A new customer's first eligible box is $168. The regular price is $188, and additional boxes in the same order are $188 each. The offer is limited to one discounted box per customer, household and shipping address.

Standard shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States is included in the displayed price. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not included at launch.

Allow 2–5 business days for curation and packing, followed by an estimated 7–15 business days in transit. Customs, severe weather and peak seasons can occasionally add time.

Yes. Enter the recipient's address during checkout and add an optional gift message. Pricing is not printed inside the gift box.

Not necessarily. Contents may change between editions and can vary based on the selected theme, age range and preferences. Product colors and brands may also vary.

Kids Drops are intended for ages 8–16. A parent or guardian should select the age range and review the included manufacturers' labels, age grades and warnings before use. Some items may require adult supervision.

Preference-based returns are not accepted after curation begins because each Drop is selected and packed for its recipient. Damaged, missing or incorrect items are covered by our issue-resolution policy.

When an order ships, we email its tracking link. You can also use the Track Order page with the order number and checkout email once live orders open.

Email support@tadadrop.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order number, packaging photos and clear photos of the affected item. We will review the claim and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when approved.
